Introduction
The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) is a global humanitarian organization whose motto is Justice, Compassion and Love. ADRA, Eswatini belongs to the worldwide ADRA network, comprised of over 140 supporting and implementing country offices. ADRA Eswatini, was registered in 2004 as a non-profit organization with the Ministry of Enterprise & Employment (Registration Number RT/3437). ADRA’s four core sectors include Education (primary, secondary, tertiary/vocational, literacy); Health (primary health, nutrition, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH)); Sustainable Livelihoods (Food Security, Agriculture, agro-based livelihoods, non-agro based livelihoods) and Emergency Management.
ADRA Eswatini has developed its expertise in the following sectors: Education (primary, secondary), tertiary/vocational, Health (primary health, nutrition, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Sustainable Livelihoods (Food Security, Agriculture, agro-based livelihoods, non-agro based livelihoods) and Emergency Management (mainly food distribution and school feeding) sectors. ADRA Eswatini employs a team of experienced staff that design, manage, and implements its programs in accordance with donors, ADRA policies, and requirements.
