ADRA, Eswatini had worked with schools and the Ministry of Education to reduce absenteeism of children from school through improving their nutritional status by providing a balanced diet for the children.  In addition to that ADRA, Eswatini also improved attendance in schools through structural development of girl friendly toilets and the provision of sanitary pads to menstruating girls to reduce absenteeism from school of menstruating girls. This had been coupled with menstruation hygiene education that is provided to both boys and girls in primary school. For the out of school youth opportunities for enrolling for Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) are made available through other projects in the office.
